What a jerk

posted by:

My crazy ex-husband just called me and asked me if he could have some things out of our house.  I told him he already got all he was getting and if he needs something, he needs to ask his new ‘boyfriend’ to get it for him.  Imagine the nerve of him.  I am so darn angry right now that I could spit blood and not mine either.

He wanted some furniture and stuff like that.  I have extra furniture in the extra bedrooms but I’m not giving it to him and his ‘sweetie pie‘.  He left me and if he had wanted anything, then he should have taken it with him right then.  He sure as heck isn’t getting a darn thing now unless a judge tells me I have to give it to him.  He made his choices and now he can sleep with them or live with them or whatever.

He’s nothing to me anymore but a bad memory, a stupid choice and a piss poor choice on my part.  That sure as heck won’t happen again because he can kiss what I’m sitting on a million times and he ain’t getting diddly squat from me ever again.

Here’s hoping you have a very Merry Christmas

It’s Christmas eve and all the kids are so excited that their parents are ready to give them away as Christmas presents to anyone that will take them.  I remember that excitement.  Christmas was so much fun when you’re a kid.  It still is now but the fat mad quit bringing me stuff a long time ago.  I gotta find me a fat man!!!

Christmas is far more than what presents you get.  It’s all about the family, the kids, the love and the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  That’s the true reason for the season.  Somehow Jesus got left out of Christmas but not at our house.  Tomorrow is the day we’re supposed to be celebrating His birth.  So just so I don’t forget to say it, Happy Birthday Jesus.

I hope that your world is peaceful.  I hope your home is full of love.  I hope your Christmas is full of blessings.

We all are going in together for Grandma

Well we figured out what to get Grandma.  She needs a new dishwasher.  The only problem is she has a small one now that doesnt work half the time and wants a big one.  We’re all chipping in to get her a big one an when that is put in, the cabinets will have to be redone too.  So I guess you could say we’re all going in together to get her a new kitchen.  Well part of it anyway.  She’s going to be so mad at all of us but it’s not the first time and won’t be the last!!  ;)

My grandparents

posted by:

I’m lucky enough to still have my grandparents on my fathers side anyway.  I do still have my grandmother on my mothers side.  THEY ARE HARD TO BUY FOR!!!!  My maternal grandmother isn’t as hard to buy for.  She just wants clothes and will wear anything and I literally mean ANYTHING.  She isn’t much for making sure things match either.

My other grandmother, she wants things just so!!!!  She’s like me and likes the finer things in life.  Give her a kitchen gadget and she’s happy too but I want to get her something different this year.  What do you get for someone that has everything but means everything to you?  That’s a good question huh?

For the boys

posted by:

Okay, I think I am finished with the boys.  Billy wanted a skateboard.  Jacob wanted a PSP.  Sean wanted a chemistry set but I found something better.  I got him a microscope that has a lot of cool slides that come with it and he can make his own.  Drew wanted some DVDs so he was the easiest one.  Clay is into Legos so I got him a huge set of them.  All of this stuff I got online at ToysRUs and it will be here in 3 to 5 working days.  Shipping was free too.

Then there were the bigger boys.  Wesley wanted some CD’s but I had to make sure they didn’t have a bunch of crap on them his parents wouldn’t like.  A couple of them did too.  Rick wanted a DVD player and writer or copier.  Tommy wanted a digital camera and I got all of them online at Circuit City.  They’ll be shipped to the local store for me to pick up in 2 days free of charge.  Cool huh?

That takes care of the boys.  That was relatively painless and easy.  But the girls, well that’s a different story entirely.
