Adam was robbed!!! Kris even said that Adam deserved to win! I just don’t understand how Adam didn’t win. He’s not only the cutest, but he has by far the best voice, the best range, the best performer period. I have to hand it to Kris, he knew that Adam should have won. Just in case you missed it:

I just hate bugs period
Even though the Listerine worked, I also felt that I needed to make sure that no termites ate my deck or house up. I found some really good termite control online. In fact what I got also protects wood from termites, mold, fungus and even ants. It’s called Boracare Natural Wood Preservative. Now I know I don’t have to worry about any of those things on my deck. I did get some something just for termites that puts a barrier around my house. It’s called IMAXXPro 2F Insecticide.
I have seen what termites can do to a building because they got into my uncles shop. The floor was almost as soft as paper in spots before he realized they were eating his building up. Since it is a shop, there were all kinds of bugs in there. I hated to go in his shop until he sprayed it with Termidor SC Termiticide/ Insecticide. Now there aren’t even any spiders in there. If you’re looking for pest control, you might want to check this out. This site has all kinds of treatments for bugs of any kind. I just hate bugs period.
Have you heard of this?
A friend of mine knows that I have mosquitoes like crazy in my back yard so she sent me this email. I had never heard of using this to keep mosquitoes away but I’m sure going to try it. You might want to also. I’ve heard of carrying around a dryer sheet to keep bugs away, but this one is a new one to me.
Mosquito Spray.. I was at a deck party awhile back, and the bugs were having a ball biting everyone. A man at the party sprayed the lawn and deck floor with Listerine, and the little demons disappeared. The next year I filled a 4-ounce spray bottle and used it around my seat whenever I saw mosquitoes. And viola! That worked as well. It worked at a picnic where we sprayed the area around the food table, the childrens swing area, and the standing water nearby. During the summer, I don’t leave home without it.
OUR FRIEND’S COMMENTS: I tried this on my deck and around all of my doors. It works – in fact, it killed them instantly. I bought my bottle from Target and it cost me $1.89. It really doesn’t take much, and it is a big bottle, too; so it is not as expensive to use as the can of Bug-spray you buy that doesn’t last 30 minutes. So, try this, please. It will last a couple of days. Don’t spray directly on a wood door (like your front door), but spray around the frame. Spray around the window frames and even inside the dog house.
I’m glad I decided to check around first
I told you that I was looking at new mailboxes but I decided to check around before I just bought what I liked on that one site. Boy am I glad I did that too. I found this other site that has some great mailboxes and address plaques too. Now I’m going to have a heck of a time deciding which one I want.
I really wanted something on my house to make the house numbers visible from the road and they have a great selection of plaques. In fact, they have an outside faucet that has a bird made right on top of it. I loved it the minute I saw it. They have sundials and it would take me forever to tell you the other things they carry. You just have to check out Whitehall products for yourself and you’ll see why I got all excited when I found this site. Better have your credit card ready when you go there because I know you’ll see something you just can’t live without. I sure did.
Now I’m all excited about my garden
In fact, I’m heading out to find some seeds and plants for my new garden. I just hope my father gets my garden tilled up real soon so I can get my plants and seeds in the ground. He said he’ll come on Monday and maybe the ground will be dry enough to till it up and if not, then he’ll try again Tuesday. I can’t wait. I love to watch things grow and harvest them right out of my own garden. Food tastes better when it’s fresh out of the garden, ya know.
