Have you ever tried those chicken cordon bleus by Barber foods? The are exactly like the chicken cordon bleu that you can buy in the restaurants. One of my favorite things to do with them is to cook more than I plan to eat and then use the leftovers to make sandwiches the next day. I especially like them if I have hot dog rolls; I cut them in half lengthwise and put a little bit of fat free salad dressing on the hot dog roll and one of the halves of the chicken cordon bleu, roll it in a paper towel and nuke it for a few seconds. Makes a great and easy sandwich.
